I have had the pleasure of working on some beautiful wedding designs. One of my passions is making sugar flowers, but I also love to work with fresh flowers. My style is a combination of feminine, romantic, floral, and rustic.
Your wedding day is a way to express your personality and I would love to discuss a design bespoke to you. For example, by dressing the cake table with fresh flowers used in your bouquet, or hiring a vintage display table for the cake to sit on with some candles and foliage. I am more than happy to liaise with your florist or prop supplier to really give it that wow factor. I have some beautiful pedestal cake stands for hire if you would like to elevate your cake, this works especially well if your venue has a high ceiling and will look grand in appearance.
As well as the cake, I offer treats to match. Mini cakes, cake hearts, iced biscuits, cupcakes, meringue kisses, brownies, blondies, doughnuts to name but a few. A selection of these can become a dessert table, or iced biscuits can be a lovely favour for your guests. These can also double up as place settings with each guests name or the date of your wedding for example.
Unless a taller cake is requested, all my cakes are made with four layers of sponge and three layers of filling. All fondant covered cakes are approximately 5/6" deep and are coated in a layer of delicious chocolate ganache underneath the fondant to create a sharp edge and flawless finish.

As an example, a starting price for a three tier cake to serve approximately 70 guests is £425.
If you would like to book, a non refundable deposit of £100 will secure your date. I will then be in touch with you one month before the wedding for final payment.
I offer tasting boxes with five different flavours of my choice. A box is £20 to purchase but would be deducted from the cost of your cake should you choose to book with me. These are available for collection or I can post these to your address if you are not local. Postage would be extra.
I only like to take on a maximum of two wedding cakes a week to not compromise on quality. Therefore, spaces are already limited for 2023. I do advise to book a year ahead, especially in the busy summer months.
